TURMERIC PRODUCTION AT SAREMCO IMPEX
For production of our natural turmeric products we do not compromise on quality & quantity. We have our own state of the art production plants, where we use the raw material of turmeric which we grow by ourselves in our farms and field side and then at factory site this natural raw material is highly cared and goes through a whole process of refinement to get the hygienic final product. We make a partnership with food engineering lab under the Pakistan government laboratory, namely PCSIR, to develop the cleanest methods and ensure the best environment during washing and drying processes. PROCESSING AT FARM
When it comes to cultivating after digging the turmeric from the ground many processes take place to prepare the raw turmeric for production. At farms, we have many pre-production processes i.e. cleaning, sweetening, curing, drying, and polishing. All these processes are 100% natural and chemical-free.
OUR PROCESSING PLANT
Daatrade Food introduced, first time in Pakistan, Zero-metallic technology brought all the way from South Korea, guaranteeing the finest quality of Turmeric Powder. In our turmeric powder, iron powder detected is less than 10ppm, which shows the high quality of our Turmeric Powder.
We collaborate with the Pakistan Food Engineering Lab (PCSIR) to develop the cleanest methods and ensure the best environment during washing and drying.
